Facebook Friend Alert is an application which notifies when your friends go online. Whenever a friend logs in, this program will pop a small notification on your Facebook window. If you leave the page and come back – Facebook Friend Alert will let you know who of your friends logged in while you were away.
This is a growl tool that will periodically get for you Facebook status updates.
